My sister in law and I had the filet mignon cooked perfectly, mashed potatoes, and amazing roasted asparagus. I must mention the delicious carrot soup... It was wonderful Our waiter, Jesse, is definitely a jewel! He is very personable and knows exactly how to explain everything on the menu. He even walked us out of the building!! Speaking of being friendly and personable, Carolyn ranks right up there with the best of owners

After driving downtown to check out what might be happening, we found this historic building chock full of character, from vintage cars and decor, ample dance floor and lots of twinkling light to dance day or night. Separate business of ice cream in front and steak house too. Both worth the time. Don’t forget to ask nicely about a ghost tour, if you are feeling it.

This was our second time here. We got the crab fritters for our starter, and they were really good. We both had the Jamburger with the goat cheese and berry compote, and it was amazing. Our waiter Jesse was friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back more often.

The Owner Carol and Chef Jake were very friendly, accommodating and sensitive to our needs, we shared great conversations and the food was cooked to perfection, in every way comparable to other high end Steakhouses, like Diamondback in Waco. Servings were generous without overdoing it. We left full and very happy!!!

This is a great place to bring friends and enjoy the atmosphere of a rustic Opry house. Chef Jay is amazing and cooks with love, Luke is also a fantastic cook! The waiters; Jeff and Mari are super friendly and efficient, there will be a wait but that’s because the food is actually be made! It’s not precooked or anything, it’s REAL. Karaoke most Friday’s and Saturdays with the exception of a live band on some Saturdays! Miss Carolyn is a wonderful lady who will make you feel like family and the bartender Mike is one of the best bartenders around!
